For that, we believe that the service and support are ones of the most important parts of an e-store everyday work. Being based on this first principle, we’re trying to relate with every and each of our customer individually and to protect his or her required necessities, trying to use our business opportunities to satisfy this person,

According to this principle your feedback about our work  it’s very important to us. We know that we’re not perfect, and we have plenty of things to improve. We would like our customers to understand that even if we have any kind of problem in any stages of your interaction with our customers, that is not made intentionally. We believe that responsibility is one of the leading principles of any business, this means that we will have to make special effort in order to monitor our work and invest our time, energy and money to improve all of those aspects. It also means that if we get any feedback about some things, that we could improve, we also will take a special attention to that to achieve the full satisfaction of our customer.

The “Best service” principle means that in our work we would try to follow the best Industries practice and techniques to achieve the highest possible satisfaction of our customers. Third principle “special goods for special people” means that we are aware that the contemporary market is full of different products and goods for every type of person and group of customer. But we believe that still there are some people that will have very special desires, and for them very often it’s not easy to find a product. Talking about dresses, we would like to concentrate our energy in getting solutions for the people who are looking for special dresses which is not usual and which are not easy to find in general dressing stores.

Unusual people are looking for unusual dresses, our customers are often those who are not in mainstream industry, so we are putting special work to find corresponding suppliers. Here, our goal is to keep the quality of our product high. Very often special dresses are produced by smaller companies and even individuals, that can mean that their corporative culture could be not the same that in the big factories which, are walking for major demands. We will be happy to offer to our special customers our special dresses which probably you were looking for a lot of those stores, but couldn’t find. We are going to continue to work this way to find very special, interesting, not usual and even exotic models of dresses for the people who would like to keep being outstanding.
