If for any reason, you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing, please contact us first, and we will guide you through all the steps. An exchange isn’t always possible under the warranty policy.

Returns & Refunds is a GUARANTEE provided by dressmehere.top for each product sold. If you received a product that you bought from dressmehere.top and you found that it is not as described or you are not satisfied with the product quality, please contact us immediately to resolve this issue. Depending on several factors you will be able to exchange your product or request a full refund.

Guaranteed Protection Period

Our policy lasts 10 days. That means that you can submit refund requests within 10 days after the guaranteed period for delivery has expired. If 10 days have gone by since guaranteed period for delivery has expired, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that you can initiate return or exchange process by sending a message to our support team.

If you decide to return your order, please note that shipping cost will be on your own expenses. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so and provide you the correct post address of our warehouse.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable). We suggest you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unless we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that returned products will be inspected before refund is processed. Once we receive the merchandise, we will check the item. After that we will let you know if you are eligible for refund. If so, we will credit funds to your bank account within 10 business days. We will notify you by email once your refund is complete.

Please note that we are not a manufacturer of the products in our store. We are a trading platform where we list the products of our supplier. That’s why we cannot guarantee refund if there is no valuable reasons for return (e.g. the customer has chosen wrong size). But we assure you we do our best to help customers in resolving such issues.
